We accept returns up to 120 days from the date of purchase, as long as the product is unused and in its unopened original packaging.
To return merchandise, please contact our customer service team and we will issue a return slip and help arrange for the product to be picked up. Alternatively, you may return items yourself to any approved Martin Supply location.
Products that are used, damaged, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for credit. Any issues such as damage, shortages, or receiving the wrong product should be reported within 13 days of delivery.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
CNH Dealer Returns – Shipment Discrepancies
1. If any CNH dealer receives incorrect parts, damaged parts, or shipments in excess of ordered quantity, goods may be returned to SUPPLIER within 30 days of dealer’s receipt of the shipment by following CNH’s Claims submission process for Direct Ship – Shipment Discrepancies.
2. CNH shall be entitled to receive a 100% credit for such Parts equal to the purchase price charged by SUPPLIER for such Parts, or, if applicable, a refund of the purchase price paid by CNH for such returned Parts. Parts shall be return shipped by CNH to SUPPLIER at SUPPLIER’S cost, unless agreed to by the Parties otherwise.
3. Products will not be returned to SUPPLIER without prior authorization.
CNH Dealer Returns – Surplus Returns
1. CNH dealers may return new, unused, and saleable parts to SUPPLIER by following CNH’s standard Claims submission process for Direct Ship - Surplus returns.
2. The refund may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 25% of the invoiced price. Parts shall be return shipped by CNH to SUPPLIER, unless agreed to by the Parties otherwise.
3. Products will not be returned to SUPPLIER without prior authorization.
Repurchase Upon CNH Dealer Termination
1. During the term of the agreement and 1 (one) year after termination, SUPPLIER agrees to repurchase any Product and Other Products which CNH is required to repurchase from a CNH Dealer upon the termination or expiration of the dealer agreement between CNH and any one of its CNH Dealers.
2. The repurchase may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 25% of the invoiced price. CNH shall pay the freight to deliver any such repurchased products to SUPPLIER.
3. Products and Other Products must be in new, unused, and saleable condition and in original packaging where applicable. 4. Products and Other Products will not be returned to SUPPLIER without prior authorization.
